A gateway works only after the committee adds its keys in Admin → Fee Slabs & Event Settings → Payment Gateways.

Section E — Declaration

  1. The registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
  2. Spot registration attracts an additional charge of ₹500 over the applicable registration fee.
  3. Children below 12 years of age are eligible for free entry when accompanied by their parents.
  4. The registrant is responsible for providing accurate attendee details, including the ages of children.
  5. Registration is confirmed subject to successful payment and verification by the organising committee.
  6. The contact details provided may be used to communicate important information regarding the Suvarna Mahotsav celebration.

Your reference number (e.g. SMES-GJ-2026-0001) is generated on submission and shown on your receipt.
